Employees will need to notify supervisor or department HR per the department leave policy.

PPL Requests for all Departments/Offices EXCEPT Civil Courts, County Clerk, Sheriff, and Tax Office

For FMLA and PPL leave requests, contact Sedgwick at 888.436.9530. Their team will guide you through the claims process and answer any questions you may have. You can also visit the Employee Portal at timeoff.sedgwick.com.

When approved PPL time codes will still need to be entered in SAP.  PPL is not approved until the parental event documentation is received and approved
