For a fourth year in a row, Travis County is among a select group of workplaces in the United States that have achieved the Best Workplaces for Commuters National Standard of Excellence by providing exceptional commuter benefits. Our Commute Connections program benefits employees by saving money, time, and stress as well as reduces traffic congestion and harmful pollution. Our Commute Connections program is good for our employees, residents, and the environment.

Travis County offers several opportunities to make your daily commute easy. Automobiles contribute to about 60% of our air pollution problem in Travis County. Air pollution damages our health and our ecosystem. The good news is that you can do something to decrease your impact – chose a commute solution.
