Travis County is pleased to announce the implementation of the Everbridge Mass Notification System, an emergency notification application.

Everbridge sends alerts for emergencies, such as fire, critical incidents, hazardous materials situations, and other crises that may pose a threat to the safety of Travis County employees. If an alert is sent out, you’ll receive a call or text from 512-854-5555, and you’re asked to immediately follow the directions in the alert.

Situational awareness, understanding one's surroundings, and recognizing potential dangers are also crucial during emergencies.

You may register your personal phone and email address in SAP Employee Self-Service for additional protection. All Travis County work phones, county-issued mobile phone numbers, and work email have already been added to the alert.

By subscribing to alerts, employees can receive notifications sent by text, email, or phone calls when an emergency is taking place at their designated work location.
