The Travis County Administration Building, also known as 700 Lavaca, was acquired by Travis County in 2010. FMD Administrative Staff provide customer/client service to both Travis County and private tenants, as well as non-tenant groups.
Building hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Security is provided 24/7/365 on all but 5 days of the year, when the building is closed:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and Friday After
- Christmas Day
Standard Air Condition/Heating Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; and off on Sunday.
700 Lavaca also has a parking garage attached via sublevel tunnel. The parking garage is located at 801 Guadalupe Street. Tenants and non-tenant parkers use access cards to park in the garages. Visitors are provided validation tickets when appropriate.
