The Administrative Division is responsible for the following administrative duties for the Facilities Management Department:
Finance Team oversees the development and submission of the annual budget. They also process all capital/operating financial and purchasing transactions to include SAP shopping carts, purchase orders, invoices, utilities, etc.
Human Resource Specialists handle job postings, processing new hires, time/attendance issues and assist with employee relations.
Administrative Support maintains the department’s employee inventory and records retention as well as 700 Lavaca Building Management.
