On the Web: Navigate to Rally by visiting www.myuhc.com. Log into your myuhc.com account and select Health Resources at the top right >> Rewards. This will take you to the Rally site. In the Rally Mobile App: Select Activities >> Join Activities >> Enter Invite Code: STEPS2WIN

Register for Rally and take the first step- complete your health survey. Visit www.myuhc.com and log in or create your account. Select the tab Health
