Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Information and Training

The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is legislation passed by the United States Federal Government. The Act establishes minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, and youth employment standards affecting employees in the private sector and in Federal, State, and local governments. The Act is enforced by the United States Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division.
